How to use it safely

Your pet can't tell you when something's too warm, and fur hides heat. These aren't optional — they're how you use it properly.

01

Always supervise

Never leave your pet alone with the pad switched on. Stay in the room for the whole session, every time.

02

Lowest setting, towel between

Start on the lowest heat with a towel or blanket between the pad and their skin. Check it with your own hand every few minutes — too warm for you is too warm for them.

03

Let them leave

Never strap or restrain your pet to the pad. They should be able to walk away at any moment. If they seem restless or try to move off, stop.

Keep sessions to 10–15 minutes to start. Don't use on puppies or kittens, pets who can't move on their own, open wounds, surgical sites, lumps, or pregnant animals. If your pet is limping, unwell, or behaving differently — see a vet rather than reaching for this.

Red light, warmth and gentle vibration — for your dog or cat.

Veterinary clinics have used red light therapy for years, and sessions typically run $40–$80 each. This is a soft, strappable pad that brings the same idea home — red light, adjustable warmth and a low vibration setting, in something your pet can lie on.

Most owners use it as part of a wind-down routine for older or stiff pets. It's a comfort tool, not a treatment.

Three functions in one pad

  • Red light — LED array across the surface of the pad
  • Warmth — adjustable electric heating
  • Vibration — low, gentle massage setting

Please read: using this safely with an animal

Never leave your pet unattended with the pad switched on. Animals can't tell you when something is too warm, and fur masks heat. Supervise every session.

  • Always start on the lowest heat setting and work up only if needed
  • Place a towel or blanket between the pad and your pet's skin
  • Keep sessions to 10–15 minutes to begin with
  • Check the pad with your own hand every few minutes — if it's too warm for you, it's too warm for them
  • Make sure your pet can move away freely at any point. Never strap or restrain them to it
  • Stop immediately if they seem uncomfortable, restless, or try to leave
  • Keep the cable out of reach — some pets chew

Do not use on puppies or kittens, pets that can't move on their own, over open wounds, recent surgical sites, skin infections, tumours or lumps, or on a pregnant animal. If your pet has any diagnosed condition, ask your vet before using it.

Questions,
answered honestly.

Is it safe for my dog or cat?

Used properly, yes — but "properly" matters. Always supervise, always start on the lowest heat, always put a towel between the pad and their skin, and always let them move away freely. Never strap them to it. Animals can't tell you when something's too warm and fur masks heat, so you check the pad with your own hand. Don't use it on puppies, kittens, pets who can't move on their own, wounds, surgical sites or lumps.

Will this fix my dog's arthritis or joint pain?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. This is a comfort accessory, not a veterinary treatment. It isn't intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. If your pet is limping, stiff or in pain, that's a vet visit — not a pad. Plenty of owners use something like this alongside proper veterinary care, but never instead of it.

How long should a session be?

Start at 10–15 minutes and see how they respond. More isn't better. Some pets settle onto it straight away, others want nothing to do with it — that's normal, and it's worth not forcing.

My pet chews cables. Is that a problem?

It runs off a mains cable, so yes — keep the cable routed out of reach and never leave it plugged in unattended. If your pet is a determined chewer, this may not be the right product for them.

What's your return policy?

If your product arrives damaged or doesn't work, send us a photo and we'll replace it — that's our defective-product guarantee. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and we'd rather tell you that now than bury it.

How fast is shipping?
